I’m Jordanne. Some records still say Trigg. I live in Alberta’s Bow Valley, and I take work seriously without turning it into a costume.
Years in branch operations taught me the unglamorous version of excellence: show up, solve what’s in front of you, leave the room better. Board work at the Bow Valley SPCA taught me the other half — stewardship, community, and following through when nobody is watching the cheque get handed over.
On my own time I design and ship digital tools. Interfaces, operations, the last 10% that makes a thing actually run. I don’t put every project on this page. The ones that matter are the ones I’d stand beside in a room.

Branch-level operations: people under pressure, fleet moving, standards that have to hold on a Tuesday. I initiated an Enterprise Holdings Foundation gift to the Bow Valley SPCA in 2019 and delivered it in person.

Governance and community work for animal welfare in the valley. The adoption centre still matters to me. Board seats are not décor. They’re follow-through.

How I work
I notice what’s stuck: a queue, a tone, a tool nobody trusts. Then I make the next honest version. Not a deck. The thing itself.
Kindness is not the opposite of standards. I can hold both. Customers feel it. Teams feel it. Hiring managers who want only one of those two will probably want someone else.
